Direction la Tasmanie à la découverte d'un rider qui s'est illustré la semaine dernière lors du championnat d'état de tasmanie!Il fait 3ème et gagne son interview sur le site de l'Island Slalom Tour!!

Could you describe you in few line?

mmm, Pretty chilled out, surf when its good, skate when is not, like hanging with mates.

When did you started bodyboarding and why?

I started bodyboarding probably 7 years ago, my dad has always ridden a stand up so i grew up on the beach, why i started riding a boog is still a mystery to me. 

What do you prefer in bodyboarding! prone or Drop knee and Why?

I do prefer prone, however if I'm surfing a fun left then i tend to get up on the knee from time to time.

  

Where do you live ! is it a good place?

I live in Tasmania which is in Australia, Tasmania is as far South as you can go in Australia. It is a beautiful island packed with heaps of good waves.

What is your best result in contest?

Best result in a contest, finished 3rd in this years state titles for open mens, was pretty frothing with that.

What is the craziest meal that you eat during a surf trip?

Craziest meal during a surf trip, mmm i don't really know. I probably ate some weird shit on surf trips when i was a grom haha.

Do you often ride skateboards?

Yea i skate when there is no surf. good way to keep yourself busy and fit!

Island Slalom Tour is a series of skateboarding contests on tiny french islands where nobody has ever skated! We are as Captain cook at Hawaii in 1600! Except we have now motor boats and concrete roads... What do you think about this?

yea that sounds sick! good thing you guys are doing.

What is your biggest Wipe Out?

Biggest wipe out, Shark Island back in 2011. romped me. haha.

One morning, you wake up ,You arrive in your kitchen and suddenly,you see a genius in wetsuit! He say:” Hey Jeff, I can offer you 2 magic gifts if you give me a bottle of milk! What do you say?

First up i would be like dude what are you doing in my kitchen, then would probably give him the milk and see how it goes from there.

 

If you had the choice between these situations:

A surf-Trip 9 months in Belgium

A domino-course of 3 weeks at Loudeac town in brittany http://www.deltajeux.com/Jeux-de-domino.html

Locking-24h in a cage with a gorilla a bit edgy. Which you choose and why?

I would go the 9month surf trip for sure.

How would you define a good session ?

the definition of a good session for me would have to be when you feel your surfing really well and the vibe is good. pumping waves helps a lot too.
